INTRODUCING PROPERTY RELAUNCH

Has the listing
lost momentum?

A listing doesn’t always need another price reduction. Sometimes it needs a fresh presentation, a new story, and a reason for buyers to notice it again.

Hey, just checking in. Have we had any new interest this week?

A couple inquiries, but nothing strong enough yet. I’m continuing to monitor the activity.

Okay. What do you think our next step should be?

Do you think we need to lower the price?

The first week is easy. It’s week three that gets uncomfortable.

A Realtor standing outside a home with a For Sale sign, looking down at his phone with a thoughtful expression

Your listing launches.

The photos go live.

You post it across social media.

Maybe you hold an open house.

Then the activity starts to slow.

Fewer showings.

Fewer inquiries.

And eventually your seller asks:

“What else can we do?”

That’s the moment Property ReLaunch was built for.

Before the next conversation becomes another price reduction, give the property a new reason to be noticed.

A fresh marketing moment

Property ReLaunch gives buyers a new reason to notice the listing.

Property ReLaunch refreshes the digital marketing around an active listing to create a new marketing moment instead of simply continuing with more of the same.

  • 01Refresh the presentation.
  • 02Refresh the message.
  • 03Refresh the creative.
  • 04Reintroduce the property.
  • 05Capture new interest.

Sometimes the price needs to change. But price shouldn’t be the only lever you can pull.

A price reduction changes the number. A Property ReLaunch changes how the property is presented, positioned, promoted and reintroduced to the market.

Before you reduce the price,
increase the exposure.

One property. One complete ReLaunch.

For this Chesapeake Bay-area property, we created a coordinated digital marketing experience designed to showcase both the home and the lifestyle surrounding it—from a dedicated property website and branded campaign creative to paid advertising and buyer lead capture. The property went under contract after just 7 days on the market.

Why I created Property ReLaunch

Built from years spent working around real estate listings.

I’m Eddie Evans, founder of Next Tier Agent.

Before building Next Tier Agent, I spent several years photographing and marketing homes alongside Realtors.

One thing became obvious:

Launching a listing wasn’t usually the difficult part. The bigger challenge was what happened after the initial attention faded.

Property ReLaunch was created to give agents another strategy to bring to the table when a listing needs renewed attention.

Questions about Property ReLaunch?

Is Property ReLaunch only for stale listings?

No. Property ReLaunch can make sense whenever an active property has begun losing momentum, including listings that have been on the market for a few weeks, recently reduced in price, or recently relisted.

How long should a listing be on the market before considering a ReLaunch?

There isn't one magic number. We typically begin looking at listings after the initial launch period when activity has started to slow. For many properties, that can begin around the two- to three-week mark.

What if we've already reduced the price?

A recent price reduction can actually create a legitimate reason to reintroduce the property with refreshed messaging and marketing.

Does this replace the marketing I'm already doing?

No. Property ReLaunch is designed to complement the work already being done by creating a fresh marketing moment around the property.

Do I need new photography?

Not necessarily. We review the existing assets first and determine what can be reused, refreshed, or improved.

Do you guarantee a buyer or sale?

No. No marketing company can responsibly guarantee that a property will sell. Property ReLaunch is designed to create renewed exposure, strengthen presentation, and improve the way new buyer interest is captured.
